Key Responsibilities Process and verify daily operational activity to prepare accurate client invoices Apply and manage contract-related charges, adjustments, and additional billing costs where required Liaise with the sales department to review and authorise non-standard invoicing requests Monitor, reconcile, and maintain accurate records of customer usage, payments, and contract balances Prepare and issue account statements to clients in a timely manner Respond to billing and account-related enquiries from clients professionally and efficiently Develop positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Attend meetings with internal departments and external clients to resolve invoicing or payment queries Assist the Accounts Receivable team in supporting timely payment collection and account follow-up activities Produce regular reports relating to account activity, usage trends, and billing performance.
