Reconcile billing data with internal records to ensure consistency. Address and resolve billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders. Assist in maintaining up-to-date billing records and documentation. Respond to queries related to invoices and payment processing. Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to support month-end processes. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and billing procedures.
