You''ll take ownership of billing and the wider accounts receivable process, playing a key part in making sure the money coming into the business keeps up with its growth. It starts as a 6 month fixed term contract, but with the business expanding as quickly as it is, there''s every chance this becomes permanent for the right person. You''ll be someone with solid accounts receivable or billing experience who gets real satisfaction from sending invoices out accurately and on time. You''re comfortable in a fast-moving environment, you like having plenty to get your teeth into, and you don''t need your hand held to get things done. Most importantly, you''re available immediately and ready to hit the ground running. What You Will Be Doing Taking ownership of the billing process from start to finish, raising accurate invoices so customers are billed correctly and on time. Working through a high volume of invoicing each day, making sure every invoice is backed up by the right supporting information. Allocating incoming cash to customer accounts promptly and accurately, so the ledger always gives a true picture.
