The Billing Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality billing services to Baker McKenzie offices worldwide, ensuring accurate invoice preparation, compliance with Firm policies, and timely delivery of invoices to clients. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, revise, and finalize invoices in accordance with Firm billing policies and procedures. Process time transfers, cost transfers, write-offs, and other billing adjustments as required. Manage assigned billing matters from initiation through completion, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Maintain and update client billing information, requirements, and billing instructions. Prioritize workload effectively, identify potential issues, and escalate exceptions when needed. Collaborate with Billing and Collections teams, Functional Leaders, Partners, Personal Assistants, and other stakeholders globally. Assist in identifying and resolving billing-related issues and support continuous process improvements. Analyze billing data and complex situations to support informed decision-making.
