This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers and identifying sales opportunities.You will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing a high level of service across both inbound and outbound communications while ensuring customer orders and queries are handled efficiently and professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels. Process customer orders accurately using internal systems and CRM platforms. Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey. Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Proactively contact customers to identify opportunities for additional sales and business growth.
