As a bilingual Key Account Coordinator, you''ll play a key role in providing excellent customer service within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Your day will involve managing client accounts and ensuring smooth communication, helping the business run efficiently and maintain strong client relationships. Client Details A company operating within the industrial and manufacturing sector, located in Warrington. Description Develop and maintain trusted, high-value relationships with key focus customers. Prioritise customer intimacy and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touch point. Partner closely with the Customer Service team to effectively manage customer orders and enquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication and keeping customers informed throughout the process. Collaborate with Supply Chain to maximise service levels and deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Build strong internal partnerships with the Sales team to foster a collaborative and customer-focused working environment. Proactively support the Sales team in customer meetings, both face-to-face and virtually. Actively participate in strategic meetings for focus accounts, contributing customer insights and supporting account development. Work collaboratively with Sales to understand customer forecasts, including constrained forecasts, and ensure alignment across the business.
