In this role, you will deliver practical, competency-based cycle mechanics and repair training programmes up to Level 2. Your knowledge will give young learners real-world trade skills, teamwork experience, and the practical qualifications they need to secure a stable career path upon release. What You Will Be DoingPractical Training: Plan and organise engaging cycle mechanics courses up to Level 2, teaching everything from basic servicing and diagnostics to complex bike repairs.Progress Tracking: Assess learner progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to support each learner''s personal goals.Integrated Learning: Work collaboratively with Functional Skills Tutors and support staff to embed essential literacy, numeracy, and employability skills naturally into workshop projects.Workshop Safety: Maintain a clean, structured, and safe workshop environment, instilling excellent health and ..... full job details .....
