BigID Engineer- 6-Month Contract - London(Inside IR35) Contracting role based in London (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office) for a 6-month engagement, working on enterprise data governance, privacy and security transformation programmes. You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation and configuration of the BigID platform, enabling secure data discovery, classification, and retention across complex, multi-source data environments. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure the BigID platform and its modules across enterprise data environments Develop data ingestion pipelines for scanning and retention Configure connectors for databases, cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and file systems Enable data discovery, classification, and tagging across structured and unstructured sources Onboard new data sources and integrate pipelines into existing workflows Implement and manage data retention policies and workflows Optimise scan performance and resolve technical issues What You Will Ideally Bring: Hands-on experience with the BigID platform - essential Strong data engineering and ETL pipeline experience Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Solid understanding of data governance and privacy principles Experience with OneTrust or Collibra - desirable Contract Details: Duration: 12 months Rate: £510day (Inside IR35) Location: London(3 days per week) Start Date: ASAP ..... full job details .....
