Bids and Pursuits Manager - Corporate An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bids and Pursuits Manager to join a dynamic BD team at a leading law firm. This role sits at the heart of business development, leading strategic bids and pursuits across Corporate. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing compelling, client-focused proposals and shaping winning strategies in collaboration with partners and senior stakeholders. As a Bids and Pursuits Manager, you will lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle on complex, high-value opportunities. Working closely with legal teams and business development professionals, you will define pursuit strategy, develop clear value propositions, and ensure delivery of high-quality, differentiated submissions. You will also act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders-coaching, influencing, and embedding best practice across all stages of the pursuit process. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of bids and pursuits, from qualification through to submission and post-bid review Develop and drive winning strategies, including clear value propositions and win themes Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to shape commercial and competitive positioning Coach and influence stakeholders on bid strategy, messaging, and approach Ensure excellence in writing, editing, and presentation of proposal materials Analyse bid performance, feedback, and trends to continuously improve win rates Champion best ..... full job details .....
