Bids and Commercial Manager - Medical Equipment Permanent Hybrid Mon-Fri Kent £40,000 - £45,000 PA We are seeking an experienced Bids and Commercial Manager to drive business growth, lead tender activity and support commercial strategy within the medical equipment sector. Working closely with senior leadership, the role will identify new opportunities, improve performance and help deliver sustainable growth and service quality. Role Overview: Lead commercial strategy, business growth and tender activity. Drive sustainable growth, contract performance and financial resilience. Work closely with senior leadership, operations and finance teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end tender and bid processes, from opportunity assessment to submission. Produce high-quality, evidence-based bid responses. Coordinate internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Maintain a register, tracking renewals, deadlines and opportunities. Develop and manage a business development pipeline across local organisations. Identify new business opportunities, market trends and partnership opportunities. Build strong relationships with commissioners, partners and key stakeholders. Support senior leadership with commercial strategy and business growth. Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership and Board. Analyse service performance, demand, costs, trends and operational efficiency.
