Joining at a time of new product launch and significant company expansion, you will have responsibility for the development, writing and submission of competitive bid proposals and grant applications. You will work closely with the engineering and commercial teams to understand complex technical propositions and convert them into clear, persuasive and evidence-based bids and proposals. The Role Lead the development of bid proposals and grant applications. Lead internal bid reviews and ensure applications are complete, accurate and compliant before submission. Research and interpret funding calls, eligibility criteria, assessment criteria and application requirements. Structure applications around clear technical, commercial and economic cases. Develop relationships with OEMs, technology companies, universities, research organisations and supply-chain partners.
