This is paying £65,000-£80,000 basic salary. The opportunity We re looking for an experienced bid writer to take the pen on these responses, working alongside the practice leads and engagement directors who own the win strategy. Experience required for the role: Proven experience holding the pen on complex bids or tenders, ideally in public sector or heavily regulated markets (financial services, defence or similar). A confident, curious approach to drawing insight out of busy experts and turning it into a compelling narrative. Comfortable shaping a response structure independently, with minimal hand-holding.
