Bid Writer / Senior Bid Writer Social Housing, Planned Works, Retrofit and Public Sector Frameworks Cardiff, South Wales - office based full-time. Permanent: £50,000 - £60,000 p.a. + Car Allowance / Company Vehicle + Healthcare + Pension + Benefits BMSL are recruiting on behalf of an established South Wales contractor with a strong reputation across social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment, retrofit and decarbonisation projects. Operating through long-standing framework agreements and partnerships with housing associations, local authorities and public-sector clients, they''ve continued to secure major workstreams across South Wales and the surrounding regions. This is one of the reasons they''re looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with the appointment of an experienced Bid Writer. The Role Working closely with Directors, Estimators, Operational Managers and Delivery Teams, you will take responsibility for producing compelling, high-quality submissions across a range of social housing, planned works, refurbishment, maintenance, retrofit and decarbonisation contracts.
