Bid Writer (Construction) – Contract | 3 Days per Week | Fully Remote

We are working with a well-established construction contractor delivering high-quality building and public realm projects across the UK. The business has a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work and is looking to bring in an experienced Bid Writer to support their pre-construction team on a contract basis.

This is a flexible, part-time role (3 days per week) and can be delivered fully remotely.

The Role

• Writing and coordinating high-quality tender submissions across public realm and construction projects
• Producing compelling written content including method statements, case studies and technical responses
• Supporting the wider pre-construction and commercial teams to meet submission deadlines
• Reviewing tender documentation and ensuring compliance with client requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvement of bid content and library

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bid Writer within the construction sector
• Strong experience working on public sector and public realm tenders
• Ability to write clear, structured and persuasive submissions
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
