An established and growing construction business is looking to appoint an experienced Bid Writer to join its pre-construction and bids team across the social housing refurb sector.This is an excellent opportunity for a strong communicator with experience in construction tenders who enjoys turning complex technical information into clear, compelling and commercially focused submissions.The successful candidate will work closely with the senior pre-construction, commercial, estimating and operational teams to produce high-quality tenders that clearly demonstrate the company''s capability, approach and added value.Bid Writer Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs Bid Writer, you will take responsibility for developing compelling written content for competitive tenders, PQQs, frameworks and other business-development opportunities.You will be involved throughout the bid process, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather information, develop responses and ensure submissions are delivered to an exceptional standard and within strict deadlines.Writing, editing and coordinating high-quality tender submissions.Developing clear and persuasive responses to quality, technical and project-specific questions.Reviewing tender documentation and identifying key requirements, themes and opportunities.Working closely with estimating, pre-construction, commercial, design and delivery teams to gather relevant information.Translating technical and construction-related information ..... full job details .....
