to take ownership of our end-to-end bid process. This is a pivotal role in a small, collaborative team, where you''ll work closely with the Marketing and Sales Director, Sales Leadership and C-suite to craft compelling proposals and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the
end-to-end bid writing process , from opportunity tracking to submission.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and delivery input.Write clear, persuasive, and tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.Maintain and evolve the
Bid Library
and support the development of reusable content.Support editorial and content needs, including articles and thought leadership pieces.Ensure all submissions align with brand tone, compliance standards, and client expectations.What We''re Looking ForStrong writing and editing skills, with a flair for persuasive and structured content.Experience in
bid writing ,
copywriting , or
content marketing .Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.Familiarity with public sector procurement/ Bid process is highly desired.Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.Please note, my client is open to applicants who are looking to grow into a Bid Manager.
