Our client, a Defence and Security Supplier is looking for a Technical Bid Writer to join them on a contract basis.Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be willing to obtain SC Clearance and hold the sole British nationality.6 month initial contract. 55 p/h Umbrella, inside IR35.Remote working with ad-hoc site visits to Tewkesbury.The Senior Technical Bid Writer will report to the Head of Bids and their role will be to manage the collection of technical information from multiple sources and compile this information into the Draft technical response for all small medium and complex proposals. They will be responsible and accountable for the completion of the technical content of the final proposal. To enable this the senior Technical Bid Writer must ensure that full review governance is applied to the written content.Key Responsibilities:Working with the Technical team to collate all draft technical responsesSupport all Colour and Peer reviews of Technical ContentLead Technical queries on behalf of the Bid team at all Bid Kick off meetings and appropriately timed stand up sessionsHold Technical Solution reviews will all key StakeholdersAttend technical reviews and Bid TBR and PCR reviewsBuild up and populate Bid library with Technical responsesLiaise with all disciplines within the company fostering a can do attitude Support Lessons Learnt activities post bid submission ensuring all Technical lessons are clearly articulated in feedback reportUndertake any other ..... full job details .....
