The Role: Managing the preparation and submission of high-quality, compliant and winning tender responses for new build, social housing and framework opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Writing and coordinating quality responses for tenders, PQQs and frameworks Managing the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity review to submission Working with estimating, commercial, operations and technical teams to gather content Building and maintaining a library of case studies, policies and bid content Ensuring all submissions are compliant, on time and aligned to client requirements Supporting post-tender clarifications and presentations What We''re Looking For: Proven bid writing experience within construction, ideally social housing, new build or retrofit Track record of winning public sector / housing association tenders Excellent written English and attention to detail Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines What''s on Offer: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum Office-bas...
