JR357: Bid WriterLocation: Leatherhead Office/HybridSalary: £41,223 Per AnnumOverview:First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Bid Writer to join their team.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, compliant and compelling tenders and proposals across public and private sector opportunities, coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring submissions are delivered to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and support the preparation of tenders and proposals from qualification through to submission.Develop clear, persuasive and client-focused tender responses.Research and tailor existing content to meet individual client requirements.Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather accurate information.Manage bid plans, deadlines, actions and submission requirements.Review and quality-check bids to ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency.Maintain and develop a library of reusable bid content, case studies and supporting evidence.Review previous submissions and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.Conduct relevant market and competitor research to support bid positioning.Support wider business development, marketing and administrative activities as required.
