Bid Writer

Our Client is a well regarded Regional Building Contractor who are bolstering their work winning team with the recruitment of a Bid Writer, to meet the demands of their increasing workload.-
Based in Manchester, the role will involve working closely with the Bid Management team as well as many interactions with those staff members who will be involved in the construction of the project.
Produce high quality written content to deadlines.
Attend Client presentations when required.-
Complete all PQQ and Contractor Questionnaires.
Work alongside other departments to gather technical information that can be included in the Bid document.
Work with the Quality team to complete ITTs.
Produce promotional materials.
Manage the upkeep of the Bid Library-
Excellent written English and communication skills-
Excellent organisational skills.-
Exceptional writing, editing and copy-writing ski
Good knowledge of Adobe Indesign desirable.
Knowledge of the construction industry and its terminology is desirable.
Proven track record in the sector or similar role, preferably with a main contractor.-
