Experienced Bid Writer opportunity for permanent role within a medium sized civil engineering contractor.
Candidates will have the flexibility to work from home 2/3 days per week.
The role:
Working alongside the Contracts Director you will:
- Prepare and manage formal bid documentation
- Communicate with potential clients on tenders and PQQs
- Coordinate tender correspondence and feedback
- Make sure information is up to date by maintaining relevant databases
- Maintain effective filing system to stay on top of all documentation
- Update and maintain sub-contractor list
- Work to tight deadlines and short time scales
- Maintain quality assurance certifications
You will be:
- A good team player who is comfortable working on their own
- Organised and able to prioritise workload
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experienced using MS Office
Ideal candidate will have previous Bid Writing experience in a similar role.
