About the role We re growing our Work Winning team and seeking a Bid Writer to produce high-quality, customer focused materials for major frameworks across UK and Ireland. As a Bid Writer at Avove, you ll play a pivotal role in securing new opportunities and renewing key frameworks. You ll lead the development of persuasive, compliant and strategically aligned content across all stages of the bid process. This role demands agility, attention to detail and strong stakeholder engagement skills to deliver submissions that win and drive work growth. You ll also contribute to continuous improvement by applying lessons learned, client feedback and AI tools to enhance bid quality and efficiency. What will your day look like Analyse client questions and map responses to requirements and scoring criteria. Lead answer planning sessions with SMEs and bid teams to capture aligned content. Embed tailored CVPs, win themes, and strategic messaging in bid responses. Select, adapt, and update case studies to showcase capabilities and strengthen bids.
