Bid Specialist

Are you an experienced Bid Specialist with a background in public procurement in the civil engineering, construction or transportation industries?

If so, our client is looking for someone just like you.-

Educated to Degree level with 4-6 years of experience in preparing bids, proposals or tenders, you will be an excellent organiser with superb communication and coordination skills.-

Experience of working with technical and engineering colleagues to deliver high-quality documentation in line with Public Procurement Processes and Standards.

You must have experience and knowledge of working within Ireland or UK public procurement frameworks/ processes and a track record within the construction, engineering, or transportation sector.-

Expertise in successfully delivering PQQs and SQAs, as well as managing workloads through CRM and online portals-
