to lead and manage the bidding process for architectural projects across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be APMP certified with proven experience in preparing high-quality, compelling bids for large-scale projects in the region. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market dynamics.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full lifecycle of bid preparation for complex architectural projects, including the creation, submission, and presentation of proposals.Collaborate with project teams, designers, and senior management to develop winning bid strategies and responses.Analyse tender documents, specifications, and client requirements to prepare accurate, tailored bids.Manage the preparation of cost estimations and ensure alignment with project goals and budgetary constraints.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and suppliers.Ensure all bids comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.Drive continuous improvement of bid processes and templates for efficiency and effectiveness.Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Middle Eastern market.Key Requirements:APMP Certification

is essential.Minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management within the architectural or construction industry.Proven track record in bidding for large-scale projects within the
