To ensure we produce compelling, compliant and competitive bid submissions that maximise our chances of success, we need a Bid Manager to lead and coordinate our teams, processes and activities.This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that will require excellent organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to develop and nurture effective working relationships with people at all levels of our business. Reporting to the Business Planning Director, the Bid Manager will work closely with the London Projects Director and Business Development Director to take responsibility for all work winning activity. The Bid Manager will lead and coordinate bid teams, including subject matter experts, engineering specialists, project managers, bid writers and cost engineers to produce written and financial submissions that reflect our experience and expertise, differentiate us from our competitors and ensure we meet our turnover and profit targets.
