They are looking to strengthen their team further with a Preconstruction Design Manager to tender on a range of Student Accommodation, PRS, and Hotel projects.REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge of the Building Sector.Previous employment as a Design Coordinator, DandB Coordinator, DandB Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, or Preconstruction Manager.Ideally, experience on PRS, Hotels, and Student Accommodation projects.Will also consider candidates with experience on other general build construction projects, provided they have strong preconstruction/tender experience.Previous employment with a Main Contractor is essential.High level of communication skills.Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC, etc.).Flexibility to travel and visit sites nationwide.LOCATION:
