Reporting to the Head of Bid Management, you''ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused bids that support our ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex tenders, collaborating with colleagues across the business and producing compelling proposals that help us win new business. What you''ll be doing Working closely with the Head of Bid Management and the wider Commercial team, you''ll manage the bid process from opportunity through to submission, ensuring every proposal is engaging, compliant and tailored to each client''s needs. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring new tender opportunities and supporting the Bid/No-Bid process. Managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard. Writing, editing and refining persuasive bid responses that clearly demonstrate our value proposition. Collaborating with Business Development, Operations and subject matter experts to develop winning solutions.
