Be responsible for the tender response function from qualification through to pitching stage.Manage bid writing and coordinate company bid teams to prepare responses.Continually appraise the bid library content to keep material current, compelling and catalogued.Report on bid activity levels and results for the Sales and Marketing and Connect RTMs (internal meetings).Maintain membership of tender subscription services.Keep up-to-date with public sector procurement legislation and advise the business as necessary.Stay informed about the company proposition and services, market and competitor developments.Assist in pitches with material and, where appropriate, contribute to the presentation team.Skills required

Excellent written communication skills.Analytical with ability to shape a solution to meet clients’ dilemmas.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain good relationships across the Group and with prospective clients.Very proficient in MS Office, especially Word (ability in InDesign is desirable).Excellent time management skills to manage bids to deadlines.Flexible approach to workload to manage peaks and troughs in bid pipeline and provide ad hoc support in other areas as required.Good understanding of company proposition and competitor awareness to develop winning ..... full job details .....
