This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-value bids from qualification through to contract award, helping shape the future growth of a leading engineering business supporting the defence and maritime sectors.   What you will be doing:    Managing the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification through to submission, contract award and handover.  Developing winning bid strategies that drive business growth and maximise win rates.  Acting as the primary customer contact throughout the bid process.  Leading bid kick-off meetings, managing bid plans, reviews and submission deadlines.  Coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Commercial, Project Management, Supply Chain and Operations.  Preparing compelling technical and commercial proposals, delivery plans and tender responses.  Managing customer onboarding, due diligence and CRM opportunities.
