They''re looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join their established Group Bid team, with the opportunity to work across both legal and consultancy environments. This is a varied role where you''ll take ownership of the full bid process, working closely with senior stakeholders, fee earners and wider teams to deliver high-quality, commercially compelling submissions.The roleYou''ll take ownership of formal tenders and proposals across regional and national opportunities, with a particular focus on the property platform. Your responsibilities will include:Managing the end-to-end bid and tender process, from initial opportunity through to submission.Working with senior stakeholders and fee earners to develop bid strategies, propositions and compelling responses.Project managing bids, including kick-off meetings, timelines, actions, pricing and contract reviews.Researching clients and prospective clients to help shape strong, relevant submissions.Drafting, editing and proofreading high-quality bid content.Coordinating input from teams including Finance, HR, IT, Compliance and other support functions.Ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.Coaching and supporting fee earners ahead of presentations.Reviewing bid wins and losses and helping to identify ..... full job details .....
