Bid Manager

Our client a leading construction company-are currently looking for a Bid Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be-working alongside-internal teams-and supply chain partners,-leading bids from the identification of opportunities through the complete lifecycle of the bid process, ensuring all proposals are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Leading and managing business critical project and framework bids.
• Taking ownership and accountability for the performance and deliverables of specific project/framework Bid Teams.-
• Leading, managing bid strategy/win themes
• Inputting into planning, programming, and the development of construction methodologies.
• Delivering high quality bids presenting the offer in response to client specific requirements/needs.
• Supporting the-Pre-construction Manager with bid evaluations, governance, and ensuring the relevant resources are in place
