Bid Manager

to drive the development of high-quality, technically robust and commercially competitive tender submissions. This civil engineering business will consider someone not currently in a Bid Management role, but who is in an onsite delivery role and wants to move into this role.This isn’t a traditional bid writing role. Instead, you’ll be a key player in the pre-construction process, using your real-world project knowledge to help win work across a diverse portfolio that includes:WindfarmsBattery storage facilitiesFlood and coastal protection schemesSubstation projectsGeneral civil engineering worksWhat you’ll be doing:

Lead and manage the bid process from enquiry through to submissionWork collaboratively with commercial, technical, and operational teams to shape contentUse your on-site or design experience to develop realistic, deliverable solutionsCoordinate submission documents, supported by in-house bid/graphics resourcesLiaise with clients to clarify requirements and strengthen relationshipsSupport post-tender reviews and continuous improvement initiativesWho this would suit:
