Our client a long-established and growing civil engineering contractor with a strong brand and decades of successful project delivery is looking to appoint a Bid Manager to drive the development of high-quality, technically robust and commercially competitive tender submissions.This isn t a traditional bid writing role. Instead, you ll be a key player in the pre-construction process, using your real-world project knowledge to help win work across a diverse portfolio that includes: Windfarms Battery storage facilities Flood and coastal protection schemes Substation projects General civil engineering works What you ll be doing: Lead and manage the bid process from enquiry through to submission Work collaboratively with commercial, technical, and operational teams to shape content Use your on-site or design experience to develop realistic, deliverable solutions Coordinate submission documents, supported by in-house bid/graphics resources Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and strengthen relationships Support post-tender reviews and continuous improvement initiatives ..... full job details .....
