      <description>Location: Tamworth | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;70000/annum | Type: Permanent | Are you a Bid Manager or experienced Bid Writer with a background in rail, water or infrastructure?     Do you have a proven track record of producing and winning high-value, complex bids?     Are you looking for a standalone role where you can take full ownership and make a real impact on regional growth?     Location: Tamworth, with hybrid working (1 day from home) - flexible working hours, with core hours between 9:30am - 4pm  Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 DOE + £6,827 car allowance     Benefits:  ·Car allowance of £6,827.  ·26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days.  ·40-hour working week with core hours between 9:30am and 4:00pm.  ·4.5% pension contribution.  ·£150 health cash back plan.     Role Overview:  Due to continued growth across the South and Central regions, a leading principal contractor is looking to appoint a Bid Manager to take ownership of a key regional workload.
