Bid Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join a growing, multi-disciplinary business with an expanding portfolio of work across construction, engineering, consultancy, sports infrastructure and environmental design. This is a varied role where you''ll take ownership of the bid process from initial opportunity qualification through to final submission, working with technical, operational and commercial teams to produce high-quality, competitive tenders. With projects ranging from major international stadia to community and environmental schemes, the role offers exposure to a diverse range of sectors and the opportunity to make a real impact on business growth. The Role You''ll lead the preparation and submission of bids, tenders and RFP responses, ensuring each submission is well structured, commercially aligned and delivered on time. Key responsibilities will include:Managing the full bid process, from opportunity assessment and bid planning through to submission.Developing bid strategies, win themes and response plans tailored to client requirements.Coordinating input from technical, operational and commercial teams, keeping everyone aligned to deadlines.Writing, editing and developing compelling bid content, including methodologies, project approaches, quality responses and social value submissions.Managing bid reviews, quality assurance, governance and internal approvals.Coordinating pricing, fee proposals and commercial information with relevant ..... full job details .....
