This is a key opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the business.Role of the Bid Manager:Lead and manage the full bid process, from initial opportunity through to submission.Develop and deliver compelling, high-quality bids that align with client requirements and company objectives.Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are of the highest standard.Maintain a strong understanding of the social housing sector and build on the company s reputation within planned works.Ensure compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across all bid activity.Bid Manager Requirements:Proven experience managing bids in the construction or social housing sector.Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining control of timelines and deliverables.Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, offering stability, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to directly ..... full job details .....
