This role is pivotal in shaping their approach to winning new contracts and retaining existing clients.Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will take full ownership of the bid lifecycle—from opportunity identification through to submission—ensuring compelling, compliant, and high-impact proposals are delivered on time. Lead, coordinate, and manage all stages of the bid process for PQQs, ITTs, and RFPsDefine and implement bid strategies that align with commercial goals and market positioningFacilitate win strategy development and coordinate inputs across operational and commercial teamsContent and Quality Management
Produce and review high-quality written responses tailored to client needsMaintain a library of reusable content, case studies, and boilerplate materialEnsure all submissions are accurate, persuasive, and professionally presentedProcess and Pipeline Management
Manage the bid pipeline, timelines, and submission schedulesLead bid/no-bid discussions with senior stakeholdersReview post-submission feedback and continuously improve processes and contentWork cross-functionally with operations, compliance, finance, and marketing teamsProvide editorial and strategic support to junior writers or internal contributorsPromote bid best practices and foster a culture of quality and responsivenessSupport broader sales efforts with capability documents, website content, and branded collateralEnsure all external materials reflect the company’s tone, values, and quality standardsAbout You
Significant experience managing end-to-end bids in a commercial, FM, or service-based environmentExceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to develop persuasive, client-focused responsesProficiency in bid tools such as Adobe InDesign, Canva, or MS Office SuiteStrong commercial awareness and ability to understand and communicate complex service offeringsExcellent planning and project management skills, with a keen attention to detailAbility to lead cross-functional teams under tight ..... full job details .....
