Bid Manager

An experienced Bid Manager is required to manage the full bid process across Hard FM, Soft FM and integrated facilities management opportunities.

Based in Dublin two days per week, you''ll take ownership of bids from initial opportunity through to final submission, coordinating stakeholders and producing compelling written responses throughout the process.

The Role
 
As the Bid Manager, you''ll:

• Manage the full bid process from initial opportunity through to submission.
• Write and develop high-quality responses across Hard and Soft FM services.
• Coordinate bid inputs from operational, commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Manage bid programmes, deadlines and submission requirements.
• Review and refine content to ensure clear and consistent responses.
• Support integrated facilities management bids across a range of opportunities.

About You
 
To be successful as the Bid Manager, you''ll have:

• Previous bid management experience within facilities management.
• Strong bid writing and content development skills.
• Experience managing bids from initial stages through to final submission.
• Knowledge of Hard FM, Soft FM or integrated facilities management services.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities throughout the bid process.

What''s in it for You?
