I am currently working with a bid consultancy who are looking to expand their team after a strong period of growth. They are seeking a bid manager to work hybrid from their office in Leeds (2 days in the office). The salary is £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and seniority.This role would suit a bid professional who is confident managing the entire bid process, as well as creating, editing and reviewing content. You will also have experience engaging with customers and building relationships. My client is open to candidates from any sector, in-house or consultancy and would ideally like someone with a relevant degree (History, English, Journalism, Creative Writing etc).About the roleLeading / managing bids on behalf of a wide range of clients, covering various sectorsManaging subject matter experts throughout the tender production process, ensuring the response is compelling and high scoringUtilising various tools to assist SMEs with the production of their answersWriting / reviewing / editing answers and providing written / oral feedback and guidanceParticipating in a variety of customer meetingsPortal managementActing as a point of contact for customer queries, building close and trusted relationshipsAssisting customers in optimising their business development and bidding processesUsing online procurement portals, identifying and sharing possible tender opportunities for both Impart and its customersSupporting customers in preparing for presentations including facilitating meetings, developing slide content, and observing and feeding back on “practice” presentations.How to applyTo apply for this role or to find out more information, please send a CV to Hayley Wood at Bid Recruitment / The Management Recruitment Group.If you are seeking a career move but this position is not right for you please browse the other vacancies on our website.
