What You''ll Be Doing Managing full bid lifecycles from opportunity through to submission. Coordinating and producing high-quality PQQs, ITTs and tender responses. Leading bid planning meetings and manage contributions from technical and commercial teams. Maintaining and develop the bid library, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant and effective. Monitoring bid performance, identify opportunities for improvement and provide meaningful reporting. What Success Looks Like Consistently delivering high-quality bids on time. Improving win rates through compelling, customer-focused submissions. Developing the quality of bid processes by making them more efficient, collaborative and well-managed. Gaining a reputation with colleagues for bringing structure, pace and expertise to every opportunity.
