Bid Manager / Proposal Manager We re recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager / Proposal Manager to join the growing bid function of a multi-disciplinary organisation operating across sports infrastructure, environmental design, consultancy and research. This is a varied role where you ll manage bids and tenders across a diverse range of services and projects, working with both UK and international clients. You''ll take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and planning through to submission, working closely with technical, operational and commercial teams to produce high-quality, compelling and fully compliant proposals. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end bid, tender and RFP processes from initial opportunity through to submission. Developing bid strategies, win themes and response plans based on client requirements and evaluation criteria. Coordinating technical, operational and commercial contributors throughout the bid process. Setting deadlines, managing review stages and keeping multiple stakeholders on track. Writing, editing and tailoring proposal content, including executive summaries, methodologies and project approaches. Ensuring submissions meet quality, governance and compliance requirements. Coordinating pricing, fee and commercial information with relevant stakeholders. Managing final production and submission of bids.
