The Job you''ll do  We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Bid Leader to join our Product Solutions team.  In this role, you take ownership of assigned opportunities from qualification through proposal submission and negotiation.  You bring together technical, commercial, and customer requirements to develop competitive solutions that create value for both and our customers. Reporting to the Business Unit Director Product Solutions, you work closely with the Sales Director, Engineering, Costing, Project Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and other key stakeholders. You will also provide day-to-day direction to the Engineers supporting your bids.
