This is a role for someone who loves solving problems with precision, thrives on detail, and understands how to translate complex customer needs into smart, workable technical solutions What you''ll be doing: Bid Development: Prepare accurate, tailored bid responses for major projects, collaborating with KAMs and other stakeholders.Solution Design: Understand client challenges and build technical solutions that fit their needs, their spec, and their budget.Spec Tracking: Work closely with the Specification Development Manager to monitor specifications released to tender and ensure alignment.Documentation and Accuracy: Own the details, ensuring technical content, pricing, compliance, and deadlines are spot-on.Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the technical go-between for Sales, Engineering, and Commercial functions during the bid process.Process Improvement: Help shape and evolve our bid process as we scale.
