This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating submissions, managing deadlines and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Role As Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the structure, process and timely delivery of high-quality, compliant bid submissions. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating and supporting the preparation of tenders, expressions of interest, pre-qualification questionnaires, case studies and presentations. - Formatting and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency and compliance with brand guidelines. - Working collaboratively with the proposals team to gather and coordinate information for submissions. - Creating engaging graphics and developing presentation slides and materials. - Ensuring all client requirements are addressed within each submission. - Managing workloads and deadlines to ensure submissions are delivered on time....
