Bid Coordinator Watford 40,000- 45,000We''re looking for a highly organised and proactive Bid Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy bids and business development function within a growing infrastructure-focused business.Working closely with the Bid Manager, you''ll play a key role in coordinating tender submissions, maintaining bid documentation, supporting compliance activity, and helping ensure high-quality submissions are delivered accurately and on time.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, coordination or document management experience who is looking to build a long-term career within bids, tenders and business development.Key responsibilities:Monitoring tender and client portals for new opportunitiesCoordinating SQs, PQQs, ITTs, RFIs and tender submissionsManaging bid trackers, folders, clarification logs and deadlinesGathering information from teams across operations, compliance, finance, HR and HSEQMaintaining bid library content, case studies, policies and supporting evidenceSupporting proposal documents and presentationsAssisting with compliance questionnaires and onboarding requestsEnsuring submissions are professionally presented, compliant and submitted on timeWhat we''re looking for:Previous experience in bids, tenders, proposals, compliance, document control or business administrationStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailConfident written English and proofreading abilityExperience ..... full job details .....
