This is an excellent opportunity for someone with bid coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting high-quality bid submissions from start to finish.Bid Coordinator Role: Working closely with the Head of Bids and Bid Writers, you''ll provide essential coordination and administrative support throughout the bid process, ensuring submissions are compliant, accurate and delivered on time.Bid Coordinator Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Bid Team with the preparation and submission of PQQs, ITTs and tender responses.Assist with planning and coordinating bid activities against agreed deadlines.Work alongside Bid Writers and internal stakeholders to develop compelling case studies and supporting content.Ensure all bid submissions are accurate, compliant and meet client requirements.Maintain bid trackers, reports and opportunity pipelines.Update and manage information within the CRM system.Provide general administrative support to the wider bid ..... full job details .....
