Role Summary
This is a vital role in our business development function, responsible for managing the pre-qualification process (PQQ), supporting tender submissions, and contributing to the development of compelling, high-quality bid documentation. You''ll play a key part in identifying new opportunities, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring timely and professional communication both internally and with potential clients.
- Previous experience in a bid or proposals role is desirable
- strong organisation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude
- Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
