Bid Co-ordinator

We are working with a leading hi-end luxury interior design agency to help them find a highly organised and proactive Bid Coordinator to support their Business Development and Marketing teams in responding to new business opportunities and maintaining high-quality proposal and marketing materials.

You will be a key player in co-ordinating all RFP information and proposal requests, distributing enquiries, working alongside all the internal stakeholders to ensure a prompt response.

You will also help to ensure that the agency''s portfolio, case studies, pitch decks and presentation documents are maintained and kept up to date, collating materials for various external presentations when required.

Keeping CRM systems up to date and accurate will also fall under your responsibility.

Applicants must be a real self starter, be able to think on their feet and be a problem solver as well as have an incredible eye for detail and be highly motivated. A background in Bid Co-ordination is also highly advantageous.
