Job Title: Bid and Tender ManagerLocation: BradfordSalary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experienceHours: Full time, Monday to Friday, Hybrid available Are you an experienced bid professional with a strong track record of managing tenders, developing compelling proposals and coordinating successful submissions? We are currently recruiting for a Bid and Tender Manager to join an established and growing organisation based in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bid professional to take ownership of the full bid process, working with colleagues across different areas of the business to develop high quality submissions and support continued growth. The role will involve managing a varied portfolio of bids and tenders, working closely with technical, operational and commercial teams to develop strong responses that meet client requirements and maximise the organisation''s chances of success. Key Responsibilities as Bid and Tender Manager: Manage the full bid and tender process from initial opportunity assessment through to final submission Develop bid strategies, response plans, win themes and submission structures based on client requirements and evaluation criteria Coordinate contributions from technical, operational and commercial stakeholders, ensuring clear responsibilities and deadlines Write, edit and tailor high quality proposal content, including executive summaries, methodologies, project approaches and supporting information ..... full job details .....
