Key Responsibilities: Bid Coordination Lead the coordination of tender submissions from opportunity identification through to final submission. Act as the central point of coordination between technical staff, management and external contributors. Monitor submission platforms (eTenders, portals, etc.) and apply compliance checks prior to final upload. Develop and manage bid programmes, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent submissions. Review tender documentation and extract key requirements, compliance criteria, and deliverables. Organise internal bid kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and submission sign-off processes. Prepare, edit, and format non-technical quality responses (e.g. methodology, project understanding, social value).
